: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm, Friday is 7:30am-4:00pm

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNTIY
3 years' experience as a Customer Service Rep. in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry.
This individual could have done outside sales of security systems and looking to get into the office.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
Familiarity with an ERP system, computer literate, and MS office products.
Bilingual is a plus, not a must.
