Position Summary

Our Service team is seeking a Dispatcher to provide white glove service to our customers and support our service technician team.
If you are a multi hat wearing, detail focused, problem solving, collaborator, then we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Front Line Communicator: You will be the face of our service department, generating service calls and communicating by phone and email with customers, sales representatives, vendors and service technicians.
Working closely with the service managers to coordinate technicians, subcontractors and customer requests to determine schedule and dispatch workers to jobs while managing information in the dispatch system.
Monitoring service technicians' workload and capacity throughout the day and reviewing all "Open Calls" on a daily basis to ensure timely response and customer notification.
Verifying field payroll and processing on a weekly basis.
