Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!Responsibilities Lead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual) Understand and implement industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effortUpload closeout documentation to customer interfaces Coordinate with the customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with the customer representative Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew members Always maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditionValidate daily timesheets for management Conduct other duties as assigned Qualifications Safety is a part of your day-to-day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a technical degree is preferred You have at least 5 years of industry experience Possessing a WSA certification is a plus Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicleDemonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge Job-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, and Rescue Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOWAbility to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours Ability to identify and distinguish colors Possession of OSHA 10 Excavator training Compensation of $17-$18 per hour.
