Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers. Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels. Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services. Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.Install hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment) Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment) Other duties as assigned Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University. Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record (REQUIRED) Customer Service Representatives are required to operate U-Haul rental equipment, which may include driving vehicles on and off company premises. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.Flexible availability Part-time CSRs must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs during the operating hours of the U-Haul Center. High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment

This position may involve moderate risks or exposure to discomforts that require adherence to safety precautions. Employees may work around moving equipment, machinery, fumes, or cleaning chemicals and may be required to wear protective gear such as gloves, safety glasses, masks, or shields. Physical Demands

This position requires physical activity, including, but not limited to: Remaining stationary for extended periods Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Climbing in and out of trucks and trailers Reaching objects at varying heights Moving and handling equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without assistanceU-Haul is an equal opportunity employer.
