Description
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Windchill Change Manager to join their team. As a Windchill Change Manager, you will be part of the New Product Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong background with Windchill PLM, change management and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Job Title: Windchill Change Manager

Location: GRAND RAPIDS, MI (onsite)

Contract: 12-18 months

Payrange: $60-65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Provide guidance from a PLM perspective in cross-functional project teams to support the development of new products and modifications to existing products throughout the product lifecycle.

Evaluate the impact and plan the implementation of engineering changes, ensuring the project team considers the impact on project timing and supply chains.

Collaborate with various departments for Change Review Board and Change Implementation Board decisions.

Assist in the creation and delivery of training related to PLM tools and processes.

Drive continuous improvement in the overall change process, standards, and best practices.

What's Needed?

Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.

Five to seven years of experience as a change coordinator with Windchill applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
