Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' unique learning needs.

Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance individualized learning approaches.

Build strong, trusting relationships with students to facilitate open communication and learning.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Stay current with educational best practices and integrate new strategies into instruction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a one-on-one setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.

Ability to create engaging and customized lesson plans.

Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Knowledge of various instructional strategies and the ability to assess student needs.
