Electrical Controls Engineer (Associate/Entry Level), Coopersville

We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking an Associate/Entry level Electrical Engineer for the organizations Leadership Development program.
This position will report to the Site Engineering Director who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.
Maintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentation.
Program PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley)
Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines.
Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
Work closely with engineering team to define system control needs.
Assist corporate controls in engineering changes and new programs.
Guides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and results.
Champion assigned engineering changes communicate and coordinate accordingly to all
POSITION OVERVIEW
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required for consideration.
Candidate should be well versed in Allen Bradley PLC's
Experience in programming, installation, startup, and debug of integrated robotic production systems.
Proficient in reading, interpreting and editing electrical schematics and diagrams
