Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and communication needs. This role will provide administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for both English- and non-English-speaking clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of office activities Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both languages (written and verbal) Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely mannerMaintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and organization Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking notes as needed Translate documents, emails, and communications to support business operations Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming front-office presenceSupport internal teams with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and correspondence management Qualifications

2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred Fluency in English and [Second Language - e.g., Spanish] required Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a corporate, healthcare, education, or professional office environment Prior experience translating documents or supporting bilingual communication Familiarity with office systems or databases Why Join Us

$19.00 to $23.00 per hour
