Tommy's is looking for a Press Brake Operator to operate a CNC press brake to fabricate stainless steel components.

Operate CNC press brake machine to produce formed components from stainless steel blanks Preform programming and tool selection to produce formed parts per print Read and interpret part prints Perform routine maintenance of machine Troubleshoot problems and make minor machine adjustments as necessary to correctOrganizes and maintains work area to 5S standards Follow all safety rules and quality standards Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task Work with other team members to maximize productivity and efficiency Assists in other areas within the fabrication team as neededOther duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Position Qualifications&Candidate Attributes:

Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and training. Experience with Cincinnati Press Brakes operation and programming is preferred but not required Experience welding is a plus but not required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring toolsHigh willingness to learn Ability to operate forklift, Aerial platform and overhead crane Excellent written and oral communication skills Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workloadHighly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive can-do attitudeDisplays a strong initiative and drive to identify gaps and fill them Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a warehouse environment. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets along with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse / assembly tools and functions. In addition to laser cutting and forming equipment, this role routinely uses standard fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders. This role operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectations.
