We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our banking team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for candidates with retail, hospitality, cash handling, or customer service experience who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.In this position, you will assist customers with everyday banking needs, answer questions, process transactions, and help create a welcoming and positive branch experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with banking questions, account needs, and routine transactions. Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Handle cash and balance a cash drawer daily with accuracy and attention to detail.Educate customers on available banking products and services that may benefit them. Assist with services such as money orders, cashier's checks, and credit card transactions. Research and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.Support nearby branch locations when needed. Participate in community outreach and company events. Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, banking, or cash handling preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Basic computer and math skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday. Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Ability to travel to nearby branch locations if needed. Work Environment
