Dental Assistant, Grapevine

We consider our patients family, we are looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to grow with our office and our team. We are in search of a talented Dental Assistant who has experienced dental services with the ability to cross over to front office duties when not with a patient. Our office is a steady, growing general practice and we have a great positive team with lots to offer candidates! Our doctor values your time with family and friends, so we see patients Mon-Thurs one week and Tues-Fri the next week. Allowing a four-day work-free weekend every other week and no late evenings.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure patient comfort

• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs, familiar with CBCT as well

• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

• Sterilize instruments according to regulations

• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

• Undertake lab tasks as instructed

• Confidently communicate post-operative care instructions

• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked

• Schedule appointments for next treatment

• Maintain accurate patient records

Active Texas license

Nitrous monitoring a plus
