Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Grapevine , Texas

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary:

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in orthopedic outpatient care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping patients recover from injuries and surgeries, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (post-operative, sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal issues)

Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as necessary

Educate patients and families on home exercises and preventative strategies

Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical team members

Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain license)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience

Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
