Dental Assistant, Grapevine

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in Haslet to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $24-27/hour

Schedule (alternating schedule):

Monday-Wednesday (8a-5p) Thursday (9a-6p)

Following week: Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p

Duties:

Update and maintain client’s dental records

Chart in EagleSoft

Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures

Take and process X-rays of patients

Schedule patient appointments

Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Verify insurance, check patients in and out, answer phones, present treatment and other front office duties as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma

Radiology certificate

Previous dental assisting experience, preferred

Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality

Cross-trained to assist with administrative duties in the front office
