NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential contract manufacturing and packaging organization seeking a Project&Bid Manager to lead new business opportunities and support growth with existing customers. What You'll Do Lead quotation and bid processes, including cost assumptions, investment estimates, technical assessments, and P&L-ready inputs Manage new business projects from inquiry through startup, including layouts, process flows, budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and customer reviews Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Procurement, R&D, Planning, Operations, and other teams to develop customer proposals and support successful launches Monitor market trends, support account growth, lead stakeholder communication, and help achieve annual growth and pricing objectives What You Bring 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing and/or contract packaging5+ years of experience in CPG/FMCG, Food&Beverage, Healthcare, manufacturing, or packaging environments Strong customer-facing solution development experience with a track record of new business wins, account growth, or deal development Strong project management, financial, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills NextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics or sexual orientation.
