Staff Accountant, Southlake

Financial Additions has partnered with a company that has 20+ years of experience in business.
They need to add a Staff Accountant to their growing staff!
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience or an internship with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close procedures
Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for leadership review
Record and maintain accounting transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany activity to ensure accuracy
Support vendor payment processes, including onboarding, invoice processing, and payment preparation
Help coordinate recurring financial obligations such as occupancy costs, tax payments, and other contractual expenses
Track and maintain fixed asset records and related depreciation schedules
Work closely with operational teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Participate in special projects, reporting requests, and financial analysis as needed
