Handyman Connection of Grapevine is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
What You Will Receive
Base salary starts at $31,200 plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses against set metrics.
Work during traditional business hours with some flexibility no nights or weekends!

Responsibilities
Strong telephone and written communication skills
Dedication to excellent customer service
Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
Prescreening of craftsman applications, preparation of paperwork for interviews and onboarding
Office administration
Able to manage small business details while working independently
Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Prior experience and working knowledge of CRM software preferred
Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
Confident in selling over the phone
Experience handling customer payments some QuickBooks experience preferred
