Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA implements personalized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building strong patient connections, working independently in the field, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team focused on outstanding outcomes. What You’ll Do

Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and mobility interventions Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as directed Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatment responsesEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention Communicate patient updates and concerns with the supervising therapist and care team Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Support patients in achieving maximum independence and functional goalsQualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license in the state of practice Current AHA CPR Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Valid auto insurance Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred HomeCare HomeBase experience preferredPhysical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 100 lbs. Benefits&Perks
