The Server Repair Technician is responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of servers through comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and hardware repair. This role requires strong Linux experience and collaboration across multiple departments, including motherboard repair, quality control, and inspections. The technician will perform stress tests, document findings with a specialized shop floor tool, and maintain parts inventory, while also supporting various quality assurance activities. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities Test and diagnose server hardware issues Troubleshoot and replace faulty server components Perform and analyze server stress tests Document symptoms, test results, and repairs using the shop floor tool Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspection teams Provide backup support for QC, inspections, whole unit repair, and motherboard testingManage parts consumption and inventory Safely lift and handle server components and equipment up to 50 lbs
