The HT Group is seeking an Office Admin for our client located in Westlake, Louisiana.
We are looking for a highly motivated administrative professional who can take initiative, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support team productivity.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
Proactively manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office space
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support various departments with tasks as needed no job too big or too small
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or personal assistant role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Works well independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Pay Rate: $16-$18 DOE
