These are the qualifications that matter:
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse administrative or warehouse support role
Strong clerical skills, including data entry and documentation management
Familiar with shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices)
Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory software preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to **** lbs occasionally
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, etc.)
Enter and update data in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
Track and reconcile inventory; assist with cycle counts and audits
Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status
Prepare reports and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
Support general warehouse operations, including organizing materials and assisting with receiving as needed
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures
