Description
Production Assistant - Delivery Driver
The purpose of this role is to have a dual focus.
The main role will be focused on working in and supporting three different areas of the production process where needed.
This will include helping with installation jobs and working in the mailing product area and bindery department as needed.
The second part of this role will be helping with customer deliveries in the Helena area.
This is an important role because it is customer-facing, being able to communicate with a customer professionally, being organized and being able to operate company vehicles safely.

Responsibilities
Be detail oriented by organizing customer orders, packaging and loading delivery vehicles in a safe and effective way.
Organize, stage, and designate delivery routes and shipping schedules
Load and unload customer orders and incoming shipments
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance to move materials and products
Safely operate company vehicles and remain alert and responsible while driving
Assist with vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and presentable
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
Be able to adapt quickly so that time in multiple departments each day are productive
Requirements
Have an excellent driving record and provide a copy of a driving record within 15 days
Good communication skills
Ability to problem solve and be solutions-oriented
Highly detailed and organized
Ability to follow customer specifications and shipping requirements
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow standard procedures
Reliable with excellent attendance
Regular lifting, bending, and reaching required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
Work Schedules and Arrangements
Onsite position Hourly $***** per hour, depending on experience Hours Part-time 1pm-5pm
