Meadow Lake Resort is seeking a skilled, energetic, and team-oriented line cook to join the Meadow Lake Bar&Grille team! Located in the heart of Northwest Montana, Meadow Lake Resort is one of the region's premier destinations, featuring: An 18-hole championship golf courseOnsite restaurant and bar Multiple pools and hot tubs Fitness center 24 hotel rooms and 114 condominium units across the resort property At Meadow Lake, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while creating a supportive and positive environment for our team members.Shift: Weekends 2:00pm-10:00pm Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with sanitation guidelines Operate grills, ovens, broilers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency Assist with food prep, ingredient organization, and inventory rotationCoordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Support chefs and managers as needed during service What We're Looking For

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Passion for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfactionKnowledge of lunch and dinner menu preparation Physical Requirements
