Travel Activity Director Assignment
13-week opportunity located within travel distance of Great Falls, Montana. This role involves developing and implementing engaging activity programs for residents in a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth execution of daily schedules and collaborating with staff to enhance quality of life. Develop and implement engaging activity programs tailored to residents' needs and interests. Coordinate and supervise daily activity schedules, ensuring smooth execution and participation. Maintain accurate documentation of activities and resident participation for reporting purposes. Collaborate with healthcare staff to assess residents' preferences and plan appropriate activities.Execute special events and community outings to enhance residents' quality of life and social engagement. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (desired). Activities Director MT Certification. CPR certification. First Aid certification. Minimum 1 year experience as an Activities Director in a healthcare setting (2+ years preferred). Ability to work day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm. Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently. Physical ability to participate in activities. Flexibility for housing arrangements if needed. Benefits:
