Second Shift Foreman
Location: Ault Pay: $35-$40 per hour Full-Time | On-Site Reports To: Director of Operations
Are you a strong leader who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced shop environment? Join a growing team and help lead second shift operations while keeping production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do: Lead and support the second shift production team Make sure daily production goals are met Keep the shop safe, clean, and organized Monitor workflow and solve production issues quickly Adjust staffing and tasks as needed during the shift Track production numbers and report shift performanceCommunicate with leadership about staffing, materials, and production needs Ensure all work meets quality standards What You Need:
Experience in manufacturing or production Leadership or supervisor experience preferred Strong knowledge of shop safety and operations Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Good communication and organization skills Willingness to work hands-on with the team
