Senior Cost Accountant, Greeley

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to join its finance team in a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role.
This position partners closely with production leadership, operations, sales, and corporate finance to deliver accurate costing, performance insights, and data-driven financial guidance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate product and operational cost structures, ensuring reliability and compliance with accounting standards
Manage and analyze cost drivers acrossmaterials, distribution, labor, and overhead to support pricing, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
Play a key role in monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
Provide education and guidance around cost drivers, margin performance, and financial trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of hands-on cost accounting and financial analysis experience
Strong experience with ERP and accounting systems
Solid understanding of GAAP, inventory accounting, and operational finance
