Executive Assistant To The President
The Executive Assistant to the President partners directly with the President and manages a wide range of complex, high-level administrative, communications, and President's Office operations.
This role requires regular interaction with senior college leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, as well as a strong understanding of college operations, governing policies, and the institution's role within the communities it serves.

Employment Specifics: Full-Time (Exempt-Administrative 260 days), 1.0FTE
Purpose/Summary Of Job:
The Executive Assistant to the President partners directly with the President and manages a wide range of complex, high-level administrative, communications, and President's Office operations.
This role requires regular interaction with senior college leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, as well as a strong understanding of college operations, governing policies, and the institution's role within the communities it serves.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, communications, or a related field.
Combination of education and progressively responsible executive-level administrative experience may substitute.
Three (3) years experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
Demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, customer service orientation, innovation, and teamwork.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy, including knowledge of and experience with a variety of hardware and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Position requires occasional long and irregular hours necessitated by special projects, compliance with deadlines, length of the institutional day and week, and committee service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in business administration, public administration, higher education, organizational leadership, or a related field.
Experience supporting a college president, CEO, cabinet level executive, or governing board.
Experience working in a public higher education environment.
Anticipated Start Date: June 1, ****
Salary and Benefits: $57,600 - $66,240, based on education, skills and experience.
Benefits include health, life, dental insurance, vision, LTD & benefit package in accordance with Colorado Community College and Occupational Education System policies.
No relocation assistance is provided.
