Duran Excavating is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators proficient in operating excavators, loaders, and dozers. Candidates must have a solid background in waterline, sewer, storm utility, and earthwork operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation within the construction industry.Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers with precision and safety. Perform various tasks related to waterline, sewer, storm utility, and earthwork projects. Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient work. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals and deadlines. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience in construction, with proficiency in loader, dozer, excavator, and grader operation.Proven experience in waterline, sewer, storm utility, and earthwork projects. Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
