The Company is in search of a Chief Banking Officer (CBO) to join its executive leadership team. This newly created role is pivotal in providing strategic leadership across core business lines, with a focus on retail banking, marketing, private banking, and future treasury management expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive deposit growth and market expansion, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening a relationship-driven, customer-first culture. The CBO will also be instrumental in overseeing branch operations, customer experience, and sales performance, as well as building strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
Candidates for the CBO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in strategic growth, team leadership, and business development. A strong understanding of retail and commercial banking operations, as well as experience leading across multiple branches or regions, is essential.
