The Volleyball Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the court./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliLead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun/liliTeach demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values/liliWith the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents/liliMaintain a positive and encouraging environment for players, coaches, and spectators./liliConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills/liliAttend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay updated on i9 Sports policies and procedures./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPassion for youth sports and a complete understanding of the fundamentals and rules of volleyball./liliSignificant experience as a volleyball player, coach, or official is required./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with players, coaches, and parents./liliStrong decision-making abilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations./liliReliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule./liliAbility to work well independently and as part of a team./liliWillingness to complete required background checks and certifications as per i9 Sports guidelines./li/ulpJoin our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes while fostering a love for the game of volleyball.
