We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Temporary Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on implementing workplace organization, visual management, and efficiency improvements across production areas. Process Excellence Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position $ 23.50 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Work outside spraying down product/ equipment with hazmat suit Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives and improvement projects across the facilityWork closely with PEX Specialists, Technicians, and Production teams to execute improvement plans Implement visual management systems including floor markings, tape applications, painting, and layout updates Build, assemble, and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panelsFollow all safety procedures and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe production environment Process Excellence Operator Qualifications: Be able to work outside and wear PPE Walking up to 8 miles per day Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50+ lbsContinuous standing, bending, reaching, and manual labor Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with strict safety standards Required High School Diploma or GED Experience in a physically demanding manufacturing or industrial role Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
