Seeking a Lead Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement and efficiency projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Production Lead Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 25.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Lead daily Process Excellence (PEX) activities and improvement projects Support and coordinate work between production teams and PEX staff Implement 5S, Lean, and visual management systemsBuild/install workstations, shelving, and organization systems Train and support team members on safety and processes Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance Production Lead Qualifications: Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience required Previous lead or leadership experience preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor (8+ miles walking daily) Strong teamwork, communication, and safety focus Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
