General Labor, Wisconsin

Overview:
In our General Labor roles, you will be required to perform any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks.

Qualifications:
One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Some positions require you to obtain a company-sponsored certification in order to perform the role

Ability to read and interpret documents

Responsibilities:
Tasks performed may include some or all of the following:

Load trailers

Load/unload stacks of crates and move items around the floor

Rotate products daily

Sort, bundle and fill containers

Place items in assembled units

Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing truckloads

Mark or put identifying labels on product loads

Record movement of stock in and out of work areas

Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of process and report irregularities to supervisor

As a member of the team, these are important things for you to consider:

Full-time, part-time and shift work may be available, depending on company needs

Some jobs may require weekend availability

You could be working in cold temperatures for long periods of time

You are required to wear appropriate work and safety gear at all times

Some roles will require you to lift or move heavy items and/or stand for long periods of time

You could be responsible for completing all paperwork required for your assigned area

You must follow all safety policies, procedures, and established company work guidelines
