Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead in Green Bay to be responsible for handling all customer-facing processes, systems and equipment used for daily operations. The Customer Service Team Lead will also resolve problems, build solid working relationships and manage escalations involving Schneider's customers.Responsibilities: Provide process and technology training to other team members. Work with teams across the organization to analyze and optimize business processes. Effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Act as the team lead and subject matter expert for problem resolution and escalation processes.Provide support and back up to the Customer Service Manager. Skills and qualifications: Associate degree preferred. Two years of customer service experience preferred. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities.
