Our products are crafted by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, and are featured in some of the most respected custom builds in the industry.The Opportunity We're looking for a SolidWorks/CAD Designer who thrives at the intersection of precision measurement, CAD design, and creativity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas and customer concepts into detailed, production-ready designs using SOLIDWORKS. You'll play a key role in designing custom, one-of-a-kind instrument panels for high-end builds and award-winning vehicles—bringing both function and craftsmanship together.What You'll Do Lead measurement and layout of customer-supplied components to inform design direction Create detailed 3D models and drawings in SOLIDWORKS for custom instrument solutions Design components that integrate modern electronics with classic aesthetics Collaborate with internal teams to bring designs from concept through productionSupport prototype development and refinement of custom builds Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards (Note: This role includes some hands-on collaboration with production, but is primarily focused on design and engineering.)
