What Youll Do
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
Help guests with questions, schedules, pricing, promotions, and travel information
Sell ferry tickets and gift shop merchandise
Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable guest experience
Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and balance drawers
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
Restock and organize merchandise display
