They are looking for an Extrusion Process Engineer with strong extrusion tooling experience to lead die design, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

Design extrusion tooling and develop processes for mono/co-extruded plastic profiles and tubing.

Manage tooling development projects end to end—scheduling, sampling, documentation, vendor coordination.

Troubleshoot process issues and lead improvement initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with Production, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Support sister sites with tooling and process solutions.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

3–5 years in plastic manufacturing (extrusion process/die design)

Proficient with AutoCAD and CAD-CAM

Familiar with PVC, HDPE, or similar resins

Able to work in a plant setting (lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours)

We'd Be Thrilled If You Have:

Co- or tri-extrusion experience

Fluoropolymer tooling/process knowledge

Continuous improvement background

Machine shop planning experience
