General Production Worker, Whitsett, NC

Job Title: General Production Worker

The Production Line Feeder plays a key role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of the production line. This position is responsible for visually inspecting products, ensuring proper palletizing, assisting with quality control, feeding machine with proper material, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The shift operates from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products for damage or non-conforming conditions.
• Ensure cartons are correctly stacked and placed on pallets according to company standards.
• Identify and place off-quality cartons on the designated waste pallet for operator review.
• Assist the Operator in producing quality cartons that meet customer specifications at optimal line speeds.
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately to the Operator, Team Lead, or Shift Supervisor.
• Support clean-up and troubleshooting efforts during machine downtime.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Whitsett, NC.

The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett,NC.
