Assemble batteries by placing cells and installing components into steel containers according to blueprint specifications Operate general machine functions, including semi-automatic production equipmentMeet standard machine run rates while minimizing scrap and material waste Perform accurate and timely quality checks using established procedures and machine checklists Identify nonconforming products, follow hold procedures, and assist with corrective actions Suggest improvements to processes, efficiency, and equipment operationFollow all safety policies and procedures and actively participate in plant safety programs Proficient in English (verbal and written) Preferred Skills Experience in battery manufacturing or a related industry Experience using small hand tools and material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks)Familiarity with SAP ERP software Experience handling or shipping hazardous materials
