Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee
The Lodge At Rocky Mount Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
Compute and record numerical data.
Establishes and maintains proper supporting documentation and files for the payable functions.
Responsible for reconciling and maintaining vendor invoices and statements.
Enter all the information about new hires and payroll changes.
Completes orientation for all new hires
Maintains and organizes departmental payroll time sheets.
Completes all payroll related functions including but not limited to data entry, printing deposit and payroll checks and reconciles weekly payroll disbursements.
Establishes and maintains best practices for payroll processes.
Perform data entry and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
