Our client, a reputable organization in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the office support staff, assisting with daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a customer-focused attitude, which will contribute to the success and professionalism of the organization.

7 am - 3 pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Accurately enter rent payments and other financial transactions into the company’s system.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.

Maintain organized records and files, both electronically and in hard copy.

Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism, including scheduling and correspondence.

What's Needed?

Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse clients.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
