We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Representative to join our team and ensure our products are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities: Perform on-site cabinet inspections, repairs, and adjustments. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues in the field. Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams. Document service visits and report findings to management. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
Qualifications:
• Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments.
