Senior Project Manager– Civil Site Development (PE) Lead your civil engineering career where your work shapes communities and large-scale development projects across the Southeast. • Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients • Oversee the preparation of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successfulproject delivery• Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts to support business development • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams • Visit client offices, job sites, and consultant locations to support project execution and client relationships• Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project objectives and company standards • Monitor project performance using Vision, Microsoft Project, or similar tools • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively to clients and leadershipWhat you bring:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management • Experience managing complex public and private civil site development projects • Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems• Experience planning, coordinating, and directing multiple large or complex engineering projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in a collaborative environment • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus• Demonstrated business development experience • Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills • Understanding of business financial metrics and project performance • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow Why Thomas&Hutton
