Instructional Designer- AI, Greenville

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an AI Instructional Designer to join their team.

You will be part of the Learning&Development department supporting innovative enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for designing impactful learning experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

$34-$39/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

Design and deliver enterprise learning programs focused on AI and workflow innovation topics. Collaborate closely with program leads and experience designers to develop engaging learning content. Transform complex AI concepts into clear, accessible learning modules using various formats. Proactively suggest innovative learning formats such as micro-learning, demos, and job aids.Ensure high-quality, impactful learning assets are delivered promptly with minimal guidance. What's Needed?

Active daily use of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar in professional work. Experience designing enterprise-scale learning solutions that are engaging and effective. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Articulate (Rise and/or Storyline), and LMS platforms like Udemy Business.Ability to articulate personal AI usage and provide examples of co-designed learning experiences.
