On-Site Property Manager needed for 200 unit, Class B Community. PMIC is required. Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects Lead property operations and resident satisfaction initiativesUtilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies Required Qualifications

PMIC mandatory Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relationsExperience with collections and financial management Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer
