Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in electrical and controls engineering
Troubleshoot and support complex equipment and automated systems
Lead system upgrades, process improvements, and reliability initiatives
Review and maintain electrical documentation and schematics
Support cross-functional teams to improve operational performance
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
Lead technical projects, working with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Support ongoing innovation and technology advancement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
Strong experience with controls, automation, and industrial systems
Experience troubleshooting complex electrical systems
