THE CLIENT
This particular client is a mid-sized ******** ppl, 7+ offices) firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in healthcare, hospitality, retail/ restaurant, industrial, multi-unit residential, hi-rise, and commercial offices.
OVERVIEW
The ideal Candidate will want to run projects and mentor junior engineers and grow into a Discipline leader and then move upwards from there.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
• Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance to NEC codes and standards
• Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switchgear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators
• Large scale and Complex building projects
• Project Management
• Site visits, Site Surveys, respond to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings
• Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, COMCheck, AGI 32
• Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent
• EIT, PE, LEED Preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
