CarterWill Legal is seeking an
Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
with
3–6 years of experience
to join its
Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation
litigation team.
Candidates may work from any U.S. office (Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Washington, DC) or a virtual office (remote).
Qualifications
Patent litigation experience is required.
Additional IP litigation experience (e.g., trade secrets) is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex matters, exercise sound judgment, and articulate legal strategies.
Active bar license in your state of residence (or willingness to obtain promptly).
