MedStar Health's Anesthesiology Group seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our group at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (MGUH).

Position details
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE call position, e.g., four weeknights and one weekend day (Sat or Sun) per month.
Cases include orthopedics, transplant, regional, spine, healthy pediatric patients, thoracic, plastics and L&D coverage.
No vascular or cardiac cases.
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for prescribed surgical procedures within the case mix described (orthopedics, transplant, regional, spine, pediatric, thoracic, plastics, L&D).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in teaching and research activities as part of MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
Maintain patient safety, high-quality clinical outcomes, and adherence to hospital policies.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
Active medical license in the relevant state or eligible for licensure in Maryland/DC as applicable.
Ability to work a 1.0 FTE schedule with on-call requirements as described.
