What You'll Do
Oversee and coordinate complex electrical installations across a major VA healthcare facility
Ensure compliance with design intent, National Electrical Code (NEC), and construction contracts
Provide on-site inspections, quality assurance, and progress monitoring
Act as the
Owner's advocate
— resolving issues, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project success
Review scopes, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation with precision
What You Bring
U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
(required)
6+ years
in both design and construction, ideally as a Construction Manager or Owner's Rep
Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and healthcare facility construction (preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
