Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service by answering all incoming phone calls and assisting the customer or directing those customers to the appropriate department.
/pulliAnswer all incoming calls by the second ring/liliThoroughly vet and route incoming calls in a timely manner to appropriate staff members.
/liliWhen staff members arent available to take their phone calls always give the caller a choice of leaving voice mail or a message.
/liliContact proper team members with immediate customer concerns.
If sensing a customer is becoming upset with a staff member or situation, notify the department manager then the general manager.
/liliMaintain customer database.
/liliTake customer payments/liliEmail customer invoices or receipts/liliAssist with simple on call messages of cancelations, payments, receipts or estimates/liliAnswer simple customer questions/liliAssist with scheduling customers for maintenance on their HVAC equipment with the appropriate Technician.
/liliMaintains these agreements by inputting new or renewed memberships correctly, auditing each account for accuracy and making corrections when necessary/liliAssist team members with simple tasks/liliNeeds to have great attention to detail/liliNeeds to possess strong organizational skills/liliProficient at multi-tasking/liliAbove average computer skills/liliNeeds strong verbal and written communication skills/liliStrong team orientation/liliOther projects or duties as assigned/li/ulpExperience with Service Titan a PLUS!
